Who we are
WarmCall ("WarmCall", "we", "us") provides an AI voice agent that answers phone calls, qualifies callers, and books appointments on your behalf. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: support@warmcallplatform.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and sign-in identity used to create and secure your account.
- Content you provide — phone numbers, contact lists, scripts, and agent settings you upload or enter.
- Call data — recordings, transcripts, and outcomes of calls placed or received by your agent, used to operate the service and show you results.
- Google account data — if you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to read your availability and to create booking events for confirmed appointments. We do not access any other Google data.
How we use information
We use the information above only to provide and improve the WarmCall service — answering and placing calls, qualifying callers, checking availability, and booking appointments on your connected calendar. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
WarmCall's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained through Google Calendar is used solely to provide and improve the appointment-booking features you enable. This data is never used for advertising, is never sold or transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service, and is not read by humans except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) as necessary for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run WarmCall — including Google (Calendar), Vapi and Twilio (voice/telephony), and Clerk (authentication). They process data only to provide their part of the service and under their own security obligations.
Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your portal; doing so revokes our access token. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@warmcallplatform.com. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
