The service
WarmCall provides an AI voice agent that answers and places phone calls, qualifies callers, and books appointments on your connected calendar. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content, phone numbers, and lists you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree to use WarmCall only for lawful calling and messaging, to obtain any consent required to contact the people on your lists, and to comply with all applicable telemarketing, privacy, and calling regulations. You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or send unlawful communications.
Disclaimers & liability
WarmCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
